These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sriram Info Tech website at superrural.in and any apps we publish, including FitMitra and Lekka (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Sriram Info Tech ("we", "us", or "our") is a software studio that builds mobile apps and web platforms. You can reach us at sriraminfotech@zohomail.in.

2. Using This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the site
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through our contact form
• Use the site to distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity

3. Our Apps

FitMitra and Lekka are separate mobile applications published by Sriram Info Tech. Use of those apps is also governed by their own privacy policies (see FitMitra Privacy Policy and Lekka Privacy Policy) and by the terms of the app store (such as Google Play) through which you downloaded them.

4. Project Inquiries and Engagements

Submitting the contact form, emailing us, or messaging us on WhatsApp is an inquiry only and does not create a binding contract, engagement, or fee obligation. Any actual development work, pricing, timeline, or deliverables are agreed separately in writing (for example, a signed proposal or contract) before work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

The Sriram Info Tech name, logo, and the content, design, and code of this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our branding or site content without our written permission. This does not apply to your own content that you submit to us (such as a project inquiry), which remains yours.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

This website links to or relies on third-party services, including WhatsApp, email providers, and form-processing services used to deliver contact form submissions to us. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website or apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sriram Info Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
